These are the steps are taken to register your Business or Company in Trinidad & Tobago.
We also explain what happens behind the scenes of the Business registration process and what you can expect from MyBiz.
To register a Business with MyBiz, you must first go to our website, "mybiztt.com," if you have

The application would guide you through the steps by asking some straightforward questions like the Business name, your name, address, etc.
After the application is complete, you will need to select a package and then checkout. You can pay via credit card, online transfer, or bank deposit.
To be accepted by the Ministry of Legal Affairs, MyBiz manages your entire registration process appropriately. We do so under the legislation and criteria outlined by the Companies Registry of Trinidad & Tobago. MyBiz application managers would respond to all the Ministry's questions,
make the necessary adjustments, write the supporting letters on your behalf and keep you fully informed throughout the whole process. There are no hidden fees.
When it's time for signatures, we will arrange with you to acquire your signed documents. We would then exchange your signed documents for your certificate at the Ministry of Legal Affairs and dispatch everything to you once completed.
Our record time for completing a Business registration is three days, but the average time is usually 1-2 weeks. You can check out our next video on the average time it takes to register a business and what you can do to expedite it.
